It all started
with a dream.
Our founder, Saruul, was first introduced to French macarons when her sister bought her a box in San Francisco.
She immediately fell in love with macarons for their unique look and texture. Since then, she has been mastering the technique of making the perfect macaron cookie shell. In 2018 she visited Paris with her family to learn the techniques from the French pastry chefs. When she returned home to Utah, she tried several hundred batches to perfect her macarons. Being pre-diabetic, she wanted to make her macarons with less sugar
but with ALL THE FLAVORS. Today, we believe that the first bite of a perfect macaron should have a burst of flavors BUT with less sugar.
